A new step for L’Art en Reaction, an association created barely three years ago and which already has great activity in the region with its training courses aimed at youth and aspiring actors (including a course with the space teenagers, in Peyrehorade, two years ago).
Supported by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region in its approach to artistic creation, the association is embarking on its fourth artistic residency project on the theme of “link to others”, at the end of which the young artists will produce a new current show 2025.
But above all, Rozenn Bonnet and the company L’Art en reaction are seeing their creative objective achieved with two shows in preparation. In 2025, the company is staging “Chinese Tales” for children, a one-hour show performed by an actress and a musician playing percussion. Deliberately anchoring itself in the territory, the company will offer its show to all structures welcoming young people.
In residence
And on the horizon 2025-2026 will come the time of entry into a particular world of spectacle, that of the puppet. Rozenn Bonnet, with experience with the Arawake association in 2023 and training in a high-level Parisian school, created her own character. The Lili puppet represents an old grandmother who we will discover almost a century of existence.
Some of the actress’s ideas excited a prolific playwright and author, Eugène Durif, known for his novels, plays and other texts, his productions, etc. Designed and produced for the final test of her training, the puppet Lili will speak to tell her long life as a woman where rurality holds an essential place, because Rozenn also strives to develop artistic creation in this territory of Orthe and Arrigans to which it is attached. With this in mind, the company will set up a residence, as it will also do elsewhere in New Aquitaine.
