  • CVC Capital Partners plans to buy Vivendi’s stake in Telecom Italia.
  • TotalEnergies has sold half of its stake in West Burton Energy’s gas-fired power plant and battery system in the UK to EPH’s UK subsidiary.
  • EssilorLuxottica has expanded its portfolio by acquiring Espansione Group, an Italian company specializing in non-invasive medical devices.
  • CIAM mocks the first day of trading of Canal+ GroupLouis Hachette, Havas after the split from Vivendi.
  • Bouygues Construction wins a lot for the Suburban Rail Loop East project in Melbourne.
  • Alstom signs a contract with Metro de Panamá. The French company also receives orders for Traxx electric locomotives in Poland.
  • Scor places €500 million in super subordinated bonds.
  • Vallourec sold its Düsseldorf-Rath site to CTP for 155 million euros.

  • The AMF grants an exemption from the obligation to file a takeover bid to the Guedj family.
  • There are now 179 billion Atos shares in circulation after the latest capital increases, pending those resulting from the BSAs granted to creditors.
