On March 25, 2024, the receptionist at a hotel in Aubervilliers, in Seine-Saint-Denis near Paris, called the police: he discovered a customer in tears, the latter claiming to have been raped in the Marais district of the capital. The Parisian cites the prosecution, which specifies that “the complainant indicated that he had come to spend two evenings in a row in a bar in the Marais, where he had sexual relations several times”. He then recounts having been “accosted in the street on the way out and forced into further sexual relations”. According to a police source, the singer forced fellatio on the victim under a carriage entrance. He was identified in particular thanks to video surveillance. The investigating judge did not pronounce his indictment and his lawyer, Me Tristan Vieules-Augendre, did not wish to speak for the moment, specifies The Parisian.
