Septet Ceremony: here are the winners of the 2024 edition in the Lot

An unmissable event in the Lot economy, the Septuors honored local businesses during a ceremony which took place Tuesday evening in Souillac. The 2024 winners have been revealed.

A suspended moment, far from order books, production workshops or shops, to measure the legitimacy of your company and the progress already made. There is something like this in the Septuors evening which comes every year to reward the economic players of the Lot. A sort of step aside, to congratulate and encourage those who innovate, experiment, employ and manufacture. In short, all those who undertake with audacity and merit and who should be rewarded.

It is therefore in Souillac, at the Palais des Congrès, welcomed by Mayor Gilles Liébus, that La Dépêche du Midi, the leading media group in , and its communications agency Evelyne, which supports its clients in 14 departments thanks to its 210 collaborators, organized this economic event on Tuesday evening.

In conjunction with the Lot Chamber of Commerce and Industry, represented by Frédéric Vergnes, its vice-president, and alongside numerous partners, the Septuors evening took place amidst applause, thanks to the performances and interventions of the mentalist Rémi Larrousse who amazed the audience.

The seven winners of the Septuors du Lot

But also because the talent of the Lot economy has been widely praised. Thus, Apex Solutions was awarded the CCi Lot Prize. Emmanuel Labépie’s company in Cambes was distinguished for its expertise in modeling and handling major risks linked to security and defense. The Innovation prize, presented by the mayor of Souillac, went to M2i Group, based in Parnac. Specialist in biological solutions based on pheromones in agriculture, the company has developed natural alternatives to conventional pesticides.

For the Tourism and Leisure prize, Nid’en’O offers three cocooning accommodations perched high in the trees to holidaymakers, in the heart of its haven of peace in Lamothe-Fénelon. Jean-Claude Fouché, president of the community of communes of Cauvaldor, praised this original immersive initiative and the warm welcome from the owners, by presenting them with the Septuors of Tourism and Leisure.

Le Voyage d’Ernestine à Alvignac received the Jeunes Pousses prize from the hands of Samuel Roudayre, representing Cerfrance Lot. A renowned gastronomic establishment, the restaurant of Célia and Robin Picoulet and Adrien Cannard has built a fine reputation by combining local products with world recipes, offering a culinary experience filled with emotion.

Equipped with unique know-how, Rectif46, led by Petra Brotnei, was awarded the Septuors de l’industrie by Sandrine Dehaines, Prévifrance advisor. This prize highlights this SME from Gagnac sur Cère which is involved in high-precision mechanical grinding for industry.

During the evening, participants were able to elect the company of the year 2024 and award it the public prize. Rectif46 was appointed and its leader Petra Brotnei.

Another winner of the Septuors, commerce category, Quercy Bourian. Bar, restaurant, grocery store, newsagent, this multi-service in Lavercantière is an essential place in the heart of rurality which helps maintain the social fabric. Sébastien and Liliane Cazagou received the prize from Elodie Escoffier Saint-Cyr, head of the Evelyne du Lot agency.

Then, it was Eric Laffont-Baylet, managing director of the La Dépêche du Midi group, who awarded the last Septuors, following the public vote at Rectif46.
