A refusal to comply by a motorist took place in Colombes (Hauts-de-Seine) this Tuesday, November 26, shortly before 5 p.m. and gave rise to a chase involving the municipal police, BFM Paris Île learned. from France from police sources.
Two police officers taken to hospital
The police chased the individual as far as Argenteuil (Val-d'Oise). The chase ended in the Fresh Market parking lot, where the fugitive found himself facing a police officer on a motorcycle who had just dismounted. Attempting to escape, the driver reversed, hitting the officer.
A second police officer then tried to intercept the man using his service weapon, but the driver managed to flee despite this intervention.
Affected by the event, the two municipal police officers were taken care of by firefighters before being transported to hospital.
