This Saturday was expected to be a big day for this 2024 edition of Hellfest.

We were not disappointed. We will obviously remember Metallica’s performance! The Lords of Metal have once again held their place for their second visit to Clisson, keeping the public in suspense with a show lasting more than two hoursgigantic and controlled from start to finish.

A great moment which will remain in the history of the festival.

Metallica sings… Indochina

For the record, we note the recapture of Indochina sung by Robert Trujilo. Tradition has it that the bassist covers a well-known song from the country where the group is playing at each concert. This time the choice fell on “L’Aventurier”. A somewhat surreal moment, but the audience did not hide their pleasure.

Damn rain!

Another highlight of the day: the rainof course. It was a soaked audience that awaited Metallica’s performance.

Among other things, let’s mention the great atmosphere Didier Wampas and his cronies will have put in Warzone.

As for the Valley, it served as a setting for the concert, which was as lively as it was sprinkled with a Mister Bungle led by a very fit Mike Patton and Scott Ian!
