The festivals continue with the arrival of summer. Although the vast majority are paid, they often offer a free “off” part. But there is one in the Tarn where spectators never pay. And which takes place… almost everywhere.

It is “A summer in the Tarn”, a nomadic festival which is in its fifth edition. The principle is simple. There is twelve shows, in twelve municipalities. And it’s all free.

From July 9 to August 12, 2024the festival will thus be itinerant with a program intended for the general public, focused mainly on music.

French blues masters in Ambialet

Among the most notable concerts, let us remember those ofAmbience on July 27. In the village square, at 7 p.m., one of the most famous French blues groups (including on the international scene) will be there, Bust. But also the Tarnais retro of Louie and the Hurricanes et The Fabulous Awkward Boys.

Note also the presence of Jairo Rodriguesauthor, composer and percussionist from Recife, who will mix traditional Brazilian rhythms (samba, forro, etc.), hip-hop, brega funk and electronic music (among others) on July 19 in Aussillon as part of the town hall park festival. And it will be the first part of… Fabien Ordonez, the famous father of Bigflo and Oli!
