Rachel Graton became a mother for the second time

Met recently at the premiere of Lyne Charlebois’ film Tell me why these things are so beautifulin which she plays the character of Rita Simard, a friend of Marcelle Gauvreau (Mylène Mackay), Rachel Graton announced to us that she had recently become a mother for the second time. “I just had a baby. I had a little girl called Françoise.” Lévy, her six-year-old son, now has a little sister. “I’m starting to shoot a series in August that hasn’t yet been announced and I have another directing project. I have a three-month-old baby, so I write with her next to me. My children live with a mother who does all kinds of things and they don’t lack love. I was treated to extremely accommodating producers. I feel like saying that it should be normal, but I want to emphasize that people allowed me to experience motherhood the way I wanted and it’s important to say that that can be done. You have the right to experience motherhood without working. It takes as much guts to say that as to say that we want to work,” says the actress, who is part of the show The crossing of the centuryof which two performances remain, at the TNM (June 29) and at the National Arts Center in Ottawa (September 7).
