Faustine Bollaert on RTL at the start of the school year, the media transfer window continues

MEDIA – Back on the airwaves. Eight years after leaving France bleu and settling daily on the small screen for France 2, Faustine Bollaert will return to radio by integrating RTL from the start of the school year for a new show, she announced to Parisian this Tuesday, June 25.

The presenter of the testimonial show It starts today will stay on France 2, but will also, in the evening, be on the radio microphone for a one-hour interview with a person ” ordinary “ who had a journey « extraordinaire ». The show doesn’t have a name yet, but she would like to call it “hero”, she confides daily. RTL listeners will be able to find Faustine Bollaert on the air from August 26, from Monday to Thursday. A show which will then be available in podcast version.

The guest could be a stranger or a celebrity, “but I want the human aspect to be the driving force behind the presence, not a promotion for an album or a film”she emphasizes.

Presenter on all fronts

The 45-year-old presenter says she is delighted to be back on the radio. Having worked at Europe 1 and then France Bleu, she admits to having thrown out a lot of hurdles to get back behind a microphone. But before this year, “no one came to look for her”she says.

“I kept repeating that I had this desire, that I was open to proposals… and I had to wait for RTL to come to me. I need to feel a desire to work together and I felt this desire from them. You have to believe that I had to be on that station”she declares.

Faustine Bollaert recognizes that managing two dailies every day will not be easy, but believes that “this new meeting will have added value, with another way of meeting people”. The presenter who didn’t “gave up nothing” will also continue to animate Prodigies for France 2 as well as Secret box for France 3.
