At best, we take our foot off the gas, like Jean Paul Gaultier who, at 68, announced that he was taking a little distance from the catwalks from 2020 and would henceforth invite a designer to take advantage of his workshops each season. The Belgian Glenn Martens, the French Olivier Rousteing, the Irish Simone Rocha, among others, have already benefited from it.
