This Saturday, November 16, 2024, is Junior Eurovision. Among the seventeen countries competing, France, which has already won the singing competition three times (in 2020, 2022 and 2023). This year, the French representative is Titouan Hervo, a 14-year-old from Quimper. He will go on stage, in front of several thousand spectators and tens of millions of television viewers, with the title Like this, like that. Junior Eurovision will be broadcast on France 2, from 6 p.m. and until 8 p.m., Saturday.
To vote, you must connect to the jesc.tv website “Voting is free. You have to choose your three favorite countries. Voting opens on Friday, November 15 at 9 p.m., and closes on Saturday at 6 p.m. Then will reopen a quarter of an hour on Saturday, after the last performance (a priori around 7:15 p.m.-7:20 p.m.)”informs France Télévisions.
How are they then counted? These votes are added to those of a jury before which the seventeen candidates will have sung on Friday. “The big winner will be the artist who received the most votes from the public (50%) but also from all the national juries (50%)”specifies the City of Quimper, which proudly supports Titouan.
