The Éphémère de l’Isle-Jourdain troupe was applauded Saturday evening during the first show of the Cavéa season. “The importance of being Constant” was on the program. A classic piece by a great English author who took pleasure in attacking this society which had caused him so much trouble and was very harsh towards him.
A whirlwind of misunderstandings, word games, stage games, effective staging: all the ingredients for everyone to have a wonderful evening “at the theater”! The numerous spectators took advantage of this moment.
1 hour 40 minutes, punctuated by bursts of laughter and spontaneous applause, increased the public’s support for the proposals of the 8 actors who released great energy. A very pleasant evening which brought together a very nice crowd to the great pleasure of the actors and… the organizers. The show season is well underway.
