Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt welcomed their third child, a little boy born on November 8, whose middle name, Fitzgerald, echoes the great lineage from which he comes. His grandmother, Maria Shriver, is in fact the niece of former American President John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
“We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our son, Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt. Both mom and baby are doing well, and Ford’s siblings are thrilled with his arrival. We feel so blessed and grateful. We love you, Katherine and Chris,” the couple wrote on their social networks.
Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt already have two daughters, Lyla Maria, 4, and Eloise Christina, 2. The 45-year-old actor is also the father of a son, Jack, 12, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Anna Faris.
After meeting in 2018, Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt got engaged a year later. The “Jurassic World” actor shared how he knew right away he was meant to be with the 34-year-old daughter of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger. “God has a fast-forward button. When the time is right — boom! — you are affected. You fall in love, you get married. It’s all about timing. There is a perfect plan for you. And I think you have to have faith. Once you have faith, everything falls into place.”
