Thus, this interview allowed the French fans of the artist to hear from him. If she talks about her pain, Céline Dion also talks about the different treatments she tried.

Some of which are particularly dangerous. “I started with small things, until I surrendered… with very dangerous drugs, to continue”, she confided. Anne-Claire Coudray will then ask him if he ever took “Valium”, to which the singer responds: “Yes, among others.”

But the singer admits, addiction can quickly happen.
“Without having a diagnosis. So at first it helped a little. But very quickly, the doses had to increase. And when we reach a dangerous level of medication and it no longer works, we have two choices: we continue or we stop breathing and it’s over.”she confides.

This interview is also an opportunity to do prevention.

An essential withdrawal into oneself. “I had no choice but to leave the stage because my vocal cords always led the way”she confides.

I had no choice, the disease took control of my vocal cords and my entire body, from head to toe. I said to myself: ‘I don’t want my children to be afraid. I can’t take this pain of lies anymore’”, reveals Celine Dion, who also explains having “fear for his life, for his children”. Heartbreaking confidences for the one who hopes more than anything to make her comeback on stage.
