On December 14, 2024, the Miss France 2025 competition takes place at Futuroscope in Poitiers. We will then know who will succeed Ève Gilles. There are 30 candidates coveting the precious crown. Brittany will be represented by Marie Castel, elected on September 27. Here is his portrait.
Originally from Pleyber-Christ in Finistère, Marie Castel is a technical bachelor’s student in marketing. She has already announced that she wishes to continue her studies and in particular her work-study program at the company’s headquarters in Savéol.
A great sportswoman
This 20-year-old young woman is also a great sportswoman. She played basketball for 12 years in a club and runs regularly. She recently became involved in the La Vie en Rose association which promotes “ a healthy and active lifestyle for adolescents » as she explains in a presentation video on Instagram.
She said to herself “ very proud » to have won the election of Miss Brittany with our colleagues fromWest France. « The competition was tough, but I loved competing with all these girls, some of them became friends. Everyone deserved to win tonight. »
Last year, she had already tried her hand at the Miss pageants. She finished second runner-up in Miss Finistère 2023. For the Miss France competition, we wish her to do as well as Laury Thilleman, crowned Miss Brittany 2010 before winning the national crown.
