The address is not yet one of the 20 best restaurants in the city. But Gault&Millau offered a first notable distinction to this restaurant, which opened on the Val-Benoît site for less than a year. Indeed, WALIÒ has just entered the famous gastronomic guide thanks to a score of 12/20. “After 6 months of opening, we are proud and happy to enter the Gault&Millau Belgium 2025 guide! Thank you to our team and to all the people who were there to help us embark on this new adventure“, obviously reacted Roxane Carlozzi and Vincenzo Calderone, the young couple who successfully occupy the space known as “the Pavilion” which is part of the co-ownership of the Civil Engineering building.
Chef Vincenzo offers authentic cuisine with local fruits and vegetables…. but also with a whole series of foodstuffs coming directly from Italy, and more particularly from the Puglia region.
The property also has ample free parking.
