Youssef En-Nesyri found the net and missed a penalty during Fenerbahçe’s defeat (3-1) against Alkmaar, as part of the fourth day of the Europa League.
The Dutch team opened the scoring in the 59th minute thanks to Ro-Zangelo Daal. Three minutes after this first goal, En-Nesyri missed a penalty, repelled by the Alkmaar goalkeeper in two stages. However, En-Nesyri equalized for Fenerbahçe in the 70th minute.
Alkmaar then regained the lead with a goal from Kees Smit in the 75th minute, followed by a third goal from Denso Kasius, three minutes from the end of the match.
This is En-Nesyri’s second goal in the Europa League this season. With this victory, Alkmaar brings its total points to 6, placing itself in 17th position, while Fenerbahçe remains 5 points away in 21st place.
