Friday June 7

Issoire. Comedian Marie-Chantal is coming to present her latest show “Sexadégénaire”, this Friday, June 7, at 8:30 p.m., at the Strapontin. Invited by the Zonta club in Issoire, and to celebrate her 60th birthday, she will offer an anthology of hilarious sketches to her audience during a two-hour show! Issoire. For the last meeting of the API Cultural Season, Naïssam Jalal’s quartet will be on stage at the Auditorium Christian-Merniz, Friday June 7. Brenat. Two concerts will be offered on June 7 and 8, in the Brenat church. In the program :

  • Friday June 7: “Flute, horn and piano” at 8:30 p.m.; works of Mozart, Faure, Donizetti… by Bénédicte Durand, Daniel Catalanotti and Joël Charles.
  • Saturday June 8: “Two violins and piano” at 8:30 p.m.; Sylvie and Olivier Jung and Joël Charle will perform works by Handel, Shubert, Clostakowitch…

Auzon. The Auzon Always association is organizing a concert, Saturday June 8 at 5 p.m., in the Saint-Laurent collegiate church. The Cœur de Lozère choir will perform “La gloria” by Vivaldi and “Ennée” by Purcell, accompanied by Emmanuelle Varo and Véronique Boye, sopranos, under the direction of Marie-Claude Chevalier. Films showing at Modern in Issoire from June 5 to 11

Champeix. The choir The Umbrellas of Champeix is made up of around twenty choristers, divided into three desks. Saturday June 8, at 8:30 p.m., in the multipurpose room, the choir will sing in concert with Les Voix de la Comté, from Saint-Babel, under the direction of Nicolas Ferrandon. On the program “My old mistresses” by François Scharre. A comedy whose title already evokes misunderstandings and situations full of twists and turns! A meal will be offered by the association in the form of a meal shared between all participants (obviously, those who wish can bring picnic supplies). All profits will allow the association to carry out its project of creating an end-of-life home for patients and their loved ones.

Saint-Floret? “A small town of character”

It is this Saturday, June 8 that the Théâtre de la Goutte d’eau/Félix-Tixier will perform, for the penultimate time, its show based on Fabcaro’s comic strip: “Less than yesterday, more than tomorrow”. A series of more than 80 sketches, short, around the theme of the couple and these vicissitudes, to be enjoyed from 8:30 p.m., in the multipurpose room.

Saint-Nectaire. The 4th Ronde des fours, organized by the Amicale laïque, will take place on Saturday June 8. Three walking routes of 18, 12 and 5 km, open to walkers and mountain bikers, will be offered from the school. It will also be possible to mix the routes to extend the hike during the afternoon.

Villeneuve-Lembron. Only a few days left to visit the exhibition “36 views of the Puy de Dôme… and some views of Mount Fuji by Hokusai” installed, until June 16, in the rooms of the castle. Collective The Song of Ink called on its members and national and international guest artists to create an original work of their vision of Puy-de-Dôme, using one of the techniques of printmaking. The opening concert will take place on Sunday June 9 at 4 p.m. with the Choir Jubilate de Chamalières conducted by Kaé Andrieu, with Jean-Pierre Sniehotta on piano and several soloists from the Emmanuel-Chabrier Conservatory. A new women’s service club “Tanka Cante” for the Kiwanis of Issoire (Puy-de-Dôme)

Saint-Babel. The Kiwanis Tanka Cante, with the help of Caranov’, is organizing a fun hike on Sunday June 9 in Saint-Babel. Activities will be offered throughout the route: wooden games, clowns, giant soap bubbles, face painting and braids, aerial circus, storytelling. Departure from the stadium between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., three courses of 5.5 km, 8.5 km and 15.5 km are on the program.
