This Sunday, we are voting for the European, legislative and regional elections. On this occasion, RTBF is pulling out all the stops by devoting a full day to the vote, with a major non-stop live broadcast which will begin at the end of the 1 p.m. news and end after midnight, with the debate of the presidents of left. At the controls, Nathalie Maleux and François De Brigode, who will therefore be on deck until late in the evening. Around twenty journalists will also be deployed on the ground in the different regions. Ophélie Fontana will be outside to bring to life the entire process of the ballot from the voting booth to the counting, while in the studio Sacha Daout will present the results, while Thomas Gadisseux will analyze them.

“This day will be almost noon-midnight,” confides François De Brigode to Ciné-Télé-Revue. “The importance of the issues justified it. And there is great interest from viewers. Our electoral test to allow each voter to know which party they are closest to has been consulted by more than 6 million people. We feel that we are in a period of uncertainty. People are worried. And in this case they come to us. » For her part, Nathalie Maleux recalls “that all public service media are mobilized. We have a new tool on our RTBF Actus site where any citizen can enter their locality and have real-time results for their region. »
