Beautiful moment of sharing under the sign of music Sunday afternoon at the Chäteau de Graves. The end of year audition of the Musical Union brought together around a hundred people who came to listen to the students of the school who, throughout the year, worked on their instrumental practice under the aegis of their talented teachers .
Around sixty musicians
There are around sixty of them, from 6 to 18 years old, including adults (increasingly numerous), playing the piano with Sylvie, the flute with Moska, the guitar with Karim Kanal and Freddy, the drums with Jean-Christophe and violin with Lydia. On the program for this restitution, varied pieces and different styles like the Musical Union which, previously reserved for wind instruments, has opened up to stringed instruments and more.
Families and friends warmly applauded all the performances revealing the progress of several months dedicated to the passion for music. This particularly cordial afternoon ended with a hearty snack. Sylvie Bouchaud, head of the school, and Louis Castan, president of the association, will meet in September for the resumption of classes which take place on the 3rd floor of the Maison des Sociétés, Place Bernard Lhez.
