Open every day from 12:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., “La Terrasse by Jean-François Piège” offers an inventive menu, incorporating dishes signed by the chef, including: Mediterranean red tuna in peppery sauce, sea bream carpaccio marinated in dill, wild squid carbonaras, and lobster rigatoni with lobster bisque. Jean-François Piège, internationally recognized chef, has also created a selection of light and fresh dishes for the Pool Bar and room service, guaranteeing a complete and harmonious culinary experience for guests at Selman Marrakech.
