Roq’Atout’Ages is a dynamic association. Next big meeting in July.

The general assembly of the intergenerational association Roq’Atout’Ages recently took place in the Placié room in the presence of volunteers and elected officials from Roquefort. The opportunity to take stock and plan for the future.

The session started with a presentation of gifts to members who celebrated their birthdays during the first quarter of 2024. This then continued with the election of the board of directors which saw Delphine Mazet being re-elected president of the unanimity.

Multiple activities this summer

The moral report recalled the many highlights and the large number of activities carried out during the year 2023.

Roq’Atout’Ages took part in the Music Festival, the village festival, a pro comfort day, farmers’ markets, the Christmas market, the Alsatian meal, lotteries, sewing workshop, etc. The president also thanked the volunteers for their commitment and involvement as well as the Roquefort town hall for their support.

Concerning the year 2024, Roq’Atout’Ages will remain as active as ever, including participation in all the festive moments in Roquefort, including during the two days of celebration in Roquefort in July with the added bonus of multiple activities. There will also be the music festival, the two farmers’ markets, the Christmas market, etc. The association will also continue its activities such as lotto, Scrabble games, sewing workshops, without forgetting the giving of gifts to members. for birthdays. In October, the association will organize an oriental meal with entertainment and hopes that this evening will be as successful if not more than that of the previous year. As a reminder, the association has around 70 members.

At the end of the general assembly, the members gathered at the racecourse restaurant to share a happy meal.
