Diagnosed with cancer in 2022

« I wasn’t incredible, it was normal to be at his bedside and try to cope with the shock by his side. It was a huge ordeal, you never expect it, you are a little dizzy with the fear of losing someone. Afterwards I never thought it was going to be fatalconfides Anne-Sophie Lapix despite the little taste she has for questions about her private life. « I saw him extremely physically or morally affected »she adds.

Her husband Arthur Sadoun, one of the leaders of the communications agency Publicis, was diagnosed with cancer in 2022. « It is the weeks of waiting (for information regarding the seriousness of the illness, Editor’s note) which are particularly difficult for everyone. This was obviously the case for me and my wife, who had to leave for Ukraine during this period, without being able to say anything »he confided to the magazine Strategies .

The advertiser then chose to talk about it to those around him. A decision that was not obvious, he explained, but one which he welcomed. Arthur Sadoun, who has since become CEO of Publicis, transformed his personal experience into a cause to defend. « My priority is to break down the taboo of cancer in the workplace »he assured Figaro the one who started a program called “Working with Cancer”. « If I am a fighter, he is far above: he had incredible strength of character »concludes Anne-Sophie Lapix, facing Aurélie Casse.
