Mötley Crüe is preparing a residency which will begin in March 2025 at Park MGM in Las Vegas.

The news comes 10 years after the rockers publicly announced they were retiring from touring.

The concerts will begin on March 28 and continue until April 19. The glam metal band’s last residency in Las Vegas was 11 years ago.

“We were wrong to pull out, obviously,” bassist and songwriter Nikki Sixx told the magazine People. “We just want to revisit the songs that people have been asking us to play for a long time. We want to do something special for Vegas. »

The Mötley Crüe group includes, in addition to Nikki Sixx, singer Vince Neil, drummer Tommy Lee and guitarist John 5. All are now fathers of families and Nikki Sixx says that their wild days are in the past.

“Those days are over. I believe that the life and experiences we have had are not repeatable for future generations. For us, it’s about moving forward. We don’t want to live in the past,” he added.

A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales for Mötley Crüe’s Las Vegas residency will be donated to the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, a Las Vegas-based organization that helps homeless youth.
