On July 8, 2023, little Emile disappeared in the town of Vernet, in less Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. It was a few months later, on March 30, 2024, that his bones were found by a passerby. A partial outcome which still raises a lot of questions, since no one yet knows how the little boy, aged two and a half years old at the time of his disappearance, died.
Since the beginning of the investigation, all avenues have been explored : accident, murder, kidnapping… Despite the numerous searches carried out, no body had been found before March 30, even though the area where Emile’s bones were finally found had already been searched.
Mediums came forward to help investigators find Emile
As in every case of disappearance, which is more publicized, many mediums and clairvoyants intervene with investigators to offer their help. They thus provide precise locations or clues to find the body of the missing person. This was also the case for the Emile affair.
Cyril Hanouna and his band of columnists also welcomed on the set of Facing Hanouna on April 7, “Major Edward Dames, a medium who notably worked for the CIA“, coming from Sacramento, California. The latter has “seen from a distance” of Emile. He wrote to the mayor last December to indicate that“Emile is located at 5 chemin de Demontzey, Le Vernet, or nearby“. He did not receive a response. Ultimately, the little boy’s bones were found more than a kilometer and a half from the location indicated by the medium.
Why are these numerous demonstrations a problem?
The former attorney general and specialist in cold cases, Jacques Dallest, declared on this subject, visibly tired of all these demonstrations: “With each disappearance, all the mediums in France have flashes. This has increased in recent years via the Internet and social networks where everyone can have a platform“he delivered.
For his part, Me Didier Seban, who intervened in numerous cases of disappearances and serial crimes, delivered “They write in all directions, explains Me Didier Seban, who has intervened in numerous cases of disappearances and serial crimes. The problem is that this causes congestion in the judicial system“. However, the lawyer did recognize one good thing about this: “But sometimes, unwillingly, by saying “I know where such and such a corpse is”, they save files from statute of limitations. The prosecutor diligently carries out verifications and from their unnecessary commitment useful acts can arise…“did he declare.
