In the book, 75 recipes that prove that you can twister canned fish or eggs to make “crispy-melt” dishes. “At the moment, especially at the start of the school year, expenses are pouring in. I wanted to show that it was possible to cook at a low price. You can use, among other things, root vegetables, rice, eggs, chickpeas, for example. Buy our meat close to the expiration date because grocery stores lower the price. Also, pork sounds “fancy”, but it is much cheaper than beef,” she explains. And the result remains “really yum” as she likes to say!
As always, the key ingredient in all recipes remains… pleasure! Because eating dishes full of flavor and delicious, with those you love, is what it means to feel rich!
