The golden rules of Yellow June: protect yourself well all year round
Intensive exposure to solar radiation causes premature skin aging and increases the risk of developing skin cancer.

Have good reflexes!
> Wear covering, long and loose clothing,
> Wear a wide-brimmed hat and category CE 3 or 4 sunglasses
> Look for shadow areas (watch out for reverberation)
> No sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
> Apply a sunscreen adapted to your phototype: protection index 50+ in case of light phototype and to be renewed every 2 hours
