Based in Saint-Avé (Morbihan), this care coordinator company goes to patients’ homes. We are called by health establishments, general practitioners, nursing practices to propose care protocols, install infusion equipment, etc. »
Poor patients
Outpatient chemotherapy, postoperative pain, hydration and even nutritional assistance… The company provides numerous treatments. “For example, when a wound does not heal, we can come and propose a new protocol,” explains nurse coordinator and wound expert Bénédicte Guguin.
Vannes Santé 56 was created in 2023. “We are both young and old, Mina Touli corrects. I launched in 2016 with the Studio Santé 56 franchise.” Before taking off last year under the leadership of Mina Touli.
Nine employees
She has been working in this field for twenty years. “I was a pharmacy technician for twenty years. I was often confronted with poor patients with their prescriptions. There was something missing between the hospital and returning home. For me, care coordination was essential,” remembers the one who started this new activity alone with a nurse.
And since then, the team has continued to grow. “There are nine of us, including three nurse coordinators, two nursing assistants as well as administrative staff and a logistician. We work together with the same energy and the same objective of the best possible care for patients. »
