Listening can be done sitting or lying on your back (do not hesitate to bring a mat and a small wool or blanket).

He works with a variety of audiences by offering workshops and occasional musical collaborations: dance, storytelling, meditation, art, yoga.

Vibrations and sensations

In the afternoon there will be a “vibrations and sensations” workshop, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.: an introduction to singing bowls that can be seen as a large session combining massage and self-massage thanks to the vibration of the bowls. Don’t hesitate to bring your own bowl, the use of mallets and hammers of different sizes and weights reveals the previously unsuspected vibratory qualities of a bowl…

Price: €10 per concert; €30 per workshop (on registration on 06 75 57 03 07); €35 workshop plus concert. Possibility of acquiring bowl and accessory after each workshop or concert. Photos and information on the Facebook page: Onadubol.
