The Empire Digital Group will take up the torch with a brand new vision

SAINT-HUBERT, QC, April 30, 2024 /CNW/ – The Gibault Grouptoday announces the sale ofAMM Digital Solutions(formerly Mac Media Agency) to the Empire Digital Group, a Canadian group of agencies whose mission is to support companies in their digital challenges. This transaction, which amounts to several million dollars, is part of a strategic movement by the Gibault Group aimed at strengthening its positioning in the field of technology and real estate investment.

AMM Digital Solutions was founded in 2012 by Anthony Gibault the age of 17. ?It was with a lot of emotion that I decided to hand over the reins in order to concentrate fully on new entrepreneurial projects. AMM Solutions numriques is a digitization agency offering a 360° offer to its clients, from consulting services to ERP implementation. Since its creation, the agency has collaborated with more than 850 Quebec companies such as Trvi, NRJ and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. Building on these strong and lasting relationships, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the specific needs of local companies.

From summer to the end of 2023, the transition was carried out smoothly to ensure continuity of services for existing clients and officially pass the torch to the Empire Digital Group to begin 2024.
