Pesticides are sold in quantity in the Oise

Recently, the Générations Futures association published a new version of its map which displays pesticide purchases by department. We can see that the areas of major cereal crops and the wine-growing regions are the most affected. Oise ranks 13th among departments for purchases of pesticides. More than 1,430 tonnes were acquired in 2022. The most widespread substance is prosulfocarb, with more than 382 tonnes.
