Maybe a possible spy?

On the eve of the match between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Tanzania, during the qualifiers for CAN 2025, a surreal scene occurred at the Martyrs stadium in Kinshasa. As the Leopards prepare to carry out their training for the day, a journalist stationed near the lawn was violently attacked by a member of security. Pinned to the ground, the individual was then threatened with a gun, all under the incredulous gaze of other journalists.

“I am so shocked by this scene »

Aith his firearm, he threatened me and pointed his gun at me in front of around ten witnesses. […] I am so shocked by this scene and I hope that CAF (African Football Confederation) will find a solution. » According to the same media, the person concerned intends to file a complaint against his attacker. For its part, the Kinshasa Journalists Association announces that it will boycott the post-match conference.
