“Leaving my role as co-owner of Arrow McLaren is a mixed feeling”Sam Schmidt did not hide. “This team has been my life's work, starting from a dream to racing at a high level. I am infinitely grateful to the drivers, team members, partners and fans who have made everything this possible, as well as to McLaren who have raised the potential of the team.”
Ric Peterson, for his part, insisted on his pride in definitively passing on a team to McLaren “who has solid foundations for success”.
