400,000 euros the budget
In addition to the former player from La Rochelle and Rambaut, Hugo Suard, regular at Paris 3×3, is also involved in the project. The identity of the fourth player has not yet been revealed. “At the beginning, we hoped to be able to leave with a budget of 650,000 euros for one year (between travel, accommodation and payroll). There, we imagine that with 400,000 euros it would be possible (Paris 3×3, under federal support, operated with 1.2 million euros annually). We are missing half of it, but the local authorities have not yet positioned themselves”explains Alain Malinovsky, of the Basket Amplitude association, which supports the 3×3 Toulouse project. Financial support from Turkish Airlines, an idea supported by the FFBB, was mentioned but still remains unclear.
