Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G at the best price?

The most efficient and versatile of the Redmi range

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G offers solid performance, both in benchmarks and in everyday use. The MediaTek Dimensity 7 200 Ultra processor offers smooth operation on this device, multitasking management is impeccable, and although some slight slowdowns occur, it remains exceptional at this price. This also applies to games, as long as you settle for 30 fps to benefit from the best graphics level.

With a 5,000 mAh battery, the phone should offer satisfactory battery life. During our ViSer protocol, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ lasted around 9 hours and 32 minutes, which places it almost at the end of our ranking of the longest-lasting smartphones, just ahead of the Samsung Z Flip 5. Fortunately, it can count on its compatibility with 120 W charging. It allows it to go from 10% to 100% autonomy in less than 30 minutes – a very good score for the price.

An almost high-end look

The Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G takes the design of the previous generation, with a glass back which provides a better grip in the hand, but introduces a slightly curved screen. Even if most competitors adopt a flat screen, here the side borderless has its effect. Its 1.5K definition Amoled screen (2712 x 1220 pixels) is a real pleasure for the eyes. Although color fidelity is not its greatest asset, it is a pleasant panel to look at and comfortable for watching videos or navigating the interface, in particular thanks to its 120 Hz refresh rate.

To finish on the photo part, we are entitled to a main wide-angle sensor of 200 Mpx (f/1.7) with optical stabilization, an ultra wide-angle of 8 Mpx (f/2.2) and a macro sensor 2 Mpx (f/2.4). As usual, the macro sensor is useless, only the main sensor offers images that are natural and quite well detailed. Night mode is effective in the city with artificial lighting, otherwise the quality decreases.
