Vietnam is participating in the 2024 edition of IFTM Top Resa – the only B2B trade fair specializing in tourism in France, which is being held from September 17 to 19 in Paris.
Paris (VNA) – Vietnam is taking part in the 2024 edition of IFTM Top Resa – the only B2B trade fair specializing in tourism in France, which is being held from September 17 to 19 in Paris.
The Vietnamese pavilion brings together units of the Vietnamese Cultural and Tourism Association in Europe, the national airline Vietnam Airlines, the Vietnam Cultural Center in France and 10 Vietnamese companies operating in the French market.
The pavilion provides comprehensive information on Vietnam’s tourism development, its diversified tourism destinations and products, attractive investment climate and tourism potentials.
At the opening ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang expressed his belief that the return of Vietnamese businesses to IFTM Top Resa 2024 after COVID-19 will attract great attention from partners. He expressed hope that during the fair, Vietnamese businesses will establish relationships with French and regional partners, thus contributing to attracting many international tourists to Vietnam in the near future.
Created in 1979, the show named “Top Resa” took place in Deauville and was a specialist in the leisure target. In 2008, it was the big turn, the show changed its name slightly to be called “IFTM Top Resa”, moved to Paris and became a multi-target show covering all travel reasons: leisure, business, MICE & events, group & digital.
This year, the fair brings together more than 1,600 tourism labels from many countries and territories around the world.-VNA
