Miss France 2012 is and will remain…Dephine Wespiser. Thirteen years is the time that has passed since the young woman was elected beauty queen by the French. At the time, Roger’s ex was in fact 19 years old when she took over from Laury Thilleman. For a year, she represented the tricolor flag and supported noble causes. But Delphine Wespiser experienced this ascension in a somewhat raw way.
