Originally from the Plateau, Lémofil is deeply attached to its roots. This is reflected in his songs, where he often evokes Chambon-sur-Lignon and highlights the landscapes of Haute-. His last piece, “Le grand Départ” illustrates this attachment. For the occasion, the clip was filmed in Haut-Lignon.

The emotion of a station platform. A few loved ones gathered for a last goodbye. The images scroll as the train gains speed. And here we are embarked to the rhythm of synth layers and piano notes.

Lémofil's cottony voice makes you want to snuggle up there. It reassures this child, in each of us, who has gone too far from home. He speaks to us, recounting what remains of his childhood memories.

A song that makes you want to go home and return to see those you left behind.

In the clip, we will readily recognize the lively Saturday summer market in Chambon-sur-Lignon, the always legendary bar La Gargouille on the village square, the peaceful and lively river most often of Lignon, or even the municipal stadium of Mazet -Saint-Voy, without forgetting the fir forests which are also not lacking.
