“If I have any advice to give you…”, Léa (Koh-Lanta) sends a message to future candidates

On Instagram, Léa, winner of the last season of Koh-Lanta, the immunity hunters, delivers some valuable advice to future adventurers of the show and reveals the contents of her bag which led her to the final victory .

A complete adventurer, whether sportingly or in terms of survival, Léa was also unanimous in her always positive and loyal attitude. Unlike several candidates in this edition (follow my gaze), Léa never betrayed anyone and continued to move forward, with a smile on her lips. A big winner of Koh-Lanta whose advice will be valuable for future participants in next seasons.

Leggings on Koh-Lanta? The false good idea

And one of the first questions we ask ourselves when we know that we are going to join the cast of the show is: what will I put in my bag? Production imposes an extremely strict and tight list of equipment, so it’s a matter of not making a mistake. In a video posted on Instagram, Léa reveals the contents of the bag she took with her to the Philippines and shares some valuable advice. To begin with, she strongly recommends that future adventurers choose a waterproof bag. With the tropical rains that can fall without warning, it is better to make sure to keep your belongings dry… She had also taken with her pants that made a lot of people jealous. “The girls envied me because I had pants and not clingy leggings. And when you’re wet and it’s hot, leggings aren’t possible” warns Léa. She also took a shirt from her bag which, she still has, earned her the admiration of her teammates. “Same, the girls were jealous because it’s a material that dries very quickly and doesn’t stick. I am so happy with the choices I made!

The one-piece swimsuit and the hair tie… Forbidden!

Léa also took with her a t-shirt, a pair of sneakers, plastic sandals, a cap – to trap the hair in because candidates are not allowed to have elastic -, a bra and a shorts, a two-piece swimsuit (because one-piece swimsuits are prohibited), a vest which mainly served as a pillow – “because I suffered more from the heat and humidity than from the cold” – two pairs of panties, a pair of glasses and two pairs of socks, the only mistake she made. I took waterproof socks but that’s a really bad idea. because in the tests, the water entered through the top of the sock, and afterward, they take a very long time to dry.” Reason why Léa no longer wore socks at the end of her adventure! “You really have to pack your bag well.”, highly recommends Léa. Generally speaking, Léa advises choosing lightweight clothing that breathes and dries quickly! She had also opted for anti-UV and anti-mosquito clothing. Then practice making a fire and using a compass and you’ll be all set!
