Squeezie, former number one of the giant of YouTube video, was recently overtaken, in terms of subscriber numbers, by Tibo InShape, known on the platform for its fitness videos. Indeed, to date, Squeezie counts 18.9 million subscribers, compared to 19.5 million for Tibo InShape.
The creator of the GP Explorer returned to the fact of having been beaten by Tibo InShape during a video posted on his YouTube channel, along with three other YouTubers: Djilsi, Maxime Biaggi and Gotaga.
Tibo InShape has overtaken YouTube giant Squeezie
Tibo InShape, who was the victim of an assault, is a YouTuber who created his channel in 2013, basically, focused on fitness. Tibo InShape therefore made itself known on the platform by sharing sports training videos. However, he has recently diversified and now offers reports to introduce people to the world and certain aspects of society, such as his video “ I eat like a soldier for 24 hours » or like this “I am filming a prohibited zone 40m underground”. Today he also does interviews with people with memorable storieslike in his videos “She weighed 28kg, her fight with illness”, “My body burned due to a serious accident!” » or, “I was beaten up at school: he talks about his school harassment.”
Squeezie reacted to the controversy for the first time
This Friday, May 31, Squeezie, who recently admitted to having had a hair transplant, posted a video on his YouTube channel entitled “We pass the lie detector… (ft Djilsi, Maxime Biaggi & Gotaga)”. We see them, with YouTuber friends, taking turns at the lie detector by answering tricky questions. In this video, which was filmed before Tibo InShape overtook Squeezie in subscriber numbers, one of them asks the fateful question to the former number one of YouTube : “Will your ego take a bit of a hit if Tibo goes first? “.
To this question, Squeezie answers “ No. Frankly, ego-wise, I don’t care, in fact, we don’t do the same thing ». The next question is trickier “Do you think it’s deserved that he surpasses you? »to which he replied “These are numbers and numbers don’t lie, so yes”. Unfortunately, Squeezie’s answer would be a liedepending on the detector.
