New twist in the Kevin Spacey affair. Last July, the House of Cards actor was found not guilty in London of nine charges following complaints of sexual assault by four men. A career in exchange for sexual favors

As reported Variety , all first relate a certain modus operandi. According to these new plaintiffs, Kevin Spacey would have coaxed them with the promise of helping them in their careers. In return, the latter had to indulge in some sexual favors which could take place anywhere, from his apartment to the film sets including the Old Vic, the theater in which he served as director. “If you don’t pay the price in sexual favors, you’ll have a decent career, but you won’t see your name in the light,” he allegedly told one Scott. “I felt like I was looking at a soulless monster,” Daniel also says.

Another testimony concerns facts about a certain Greg, then aged 16. According to him, the actor grabbed his penis while they were both driving to a party in Los Angeles. “It was a very aggressive sexual gesture,” he explains on camera. In his memory, his employer then cornered him in a corner during the evening, this time begging him not to talk about it. Furthermore, according to other testimonies, Kevin Spacey would have a penchant for young heterosexual men, whom he liked to “turn around” by making them deviate from their sexuality.

“So that’s what Hollywood is like?”

A woman, who worked as an AD on the set of the series House of Cards, between 2013 and 2015, remembered that a person had to be removed from the actor because of his very borderline behavior. “Some of the team felt really uncomfortable,” she said. One of them would have caught Spacey’s eye. “He’s your boss, so if he comes up to you and wants to start a conversation, you’re obligated to do it,” she laments. Jesse, who collaborated with the actor in 1999 on the film The Great Kahunafor his part, recounted inappropriate gestures, claiming to have been kissed by force: “I remember thinking: Ok, so is this Hollywood?”

Kevin Spacey was first publicly accused in 2017, following the explosion of the Me Too movement. After several cases were filed against him, he was found innocent of all charges against him. When the release of this new documentary was announced, he defended himself in a message published on to respond to the allegations made against me…Channel 4 refused, believing that requesting a response within 7 days to new anonymous and non-specific allegations provided a “fair opportunity” for me to refute all allegations made against me,” he wrote.

And to continue: “I will not sit idly by and allow myself to be attacked by a one-sided “documentary” from a moribund channel that is desperately trying to gain ratings. There is an appropriate channel to deal with the allegations against me and it is not Channel 4 (…) Whenever I have had the time and opportunity to defend myself, the allegations have not been verified and I was exonerated.” In the process, the latter thus granted a https://twitter.com/danwootton/status/1786473055696388531 to British journalist Dan Wootton, formerly of the GB News channel. “I take full responsibility for my past behavior and actions, but I cannot and will not apologize to anyone who makes things up about me or exaggerates stories about me,” he said. he rocks. An interview broadcast on social networks, lasting around an hour and a half.
