The McDonald’s chain launched a new low-cost menu in its restaurants in the United States on Tuesday. An initiative to attract customers who have deserted the brand since its prices have increased by 40% since 2019.

According to CNN, the famous McValeur menu will notably offer an option where a customer can purchase products for $1 after purchasing one at the regular price. This is in addition to the $5 trio that was launched a few months ago.

There will also be more deals on the app. Local purchasing and beverage specials will also be encouraged by the global chain’s franchisees.

Furthermore, we tried to contact the executives of McDonald’s Canada to find out if the fast food chain was going to launch the same type of offensive, but they did not answer our questions.
