Mission principale :

Define and manage the strategy to develop new digital products or services for the bank. Monitor and measure product performance using key indicators in order to assess profitability and identify areas for progress in a continuous improvement process.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Management of strategic and analytical marketing activities

  • Participate in the design of new offers by market segment (products and services) through market and customer behavior analyses;
  • Participate in the development of different markets through strategic orientations;
  • Participate in defining the pricing policy for each product and monitoring performance;
  • Propose product or promotional campaigns and measure the ROI (Return on Investment).

Participate in improving the customer journey

  • Participate in the analysis of customer needs and life cycles and propose offers adapted to them in their journey.

Participate in event-related activities

  • Work to support the organization of events when requested (institutional, commercial or HR).

Make the reports

  • Ensure monitoring and reporting of performance by product and service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bac +3 in Marketing, Statistics, Project Management or Big Data Engineering or any other similar field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Marketing, ideally in the banking sector, Telecommunications or in a Communication Strategy Consulting agency;
  • Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge in Product Management;
  • Knowledge of the banking environment.

Expertise

  • Mastery of managing inter-functional relationships;
  • Mastery of the agile approach;
  • Knowledge of concepts around innovation, technological monitoring and innovative products;
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Good writing and communication skills.
