Saturday, October 12, the traditional flea sale of the Polichinelle crèche took place on the Place du Marché. The volunteers had been preparing the event for two months and were there from 6 a.m. on the day.
When it was time to tidy up, the box containing nearly €3,000 was placed in a vehicle while the site was tidyed up. But the entire sum was stolen, denounce the organizers.
A complaint filed
“It’s the money that is used to do activities for the children. This is a considerable amount for us. We would like to warn other associations of this fact so that they take the necessary precautions,” indicates Jean-Baptiste Laz, vice-president of the crèche.
A complaint was filed with the gendarmerie.
