On Wednesday January 8, the Jean-Favre room hosted its traditional evening of wishes during which a round table allowed various issues to be discussed, such as attractiveness.
The evening was opened by the mayor of Langres, Anne Cardinal, and the president of Grand Langres, also mayor of Saints-Geosmes, Jacky Maugras. After the traditional speeches, a discussion brought together the latter and four speakers, all locally based. Entrepreneurs and managers from different sectors. They shared their own story, telling how and why they settled in Langres or its surroundings.

Marion Bischofberger, a former high-level athlete and founder of Arcis Crossfit in Langres, has for example advanced aspects of “proximity” and of “tranquility” as decisive elements in its choice of installation.
At his side, Christophe Moussy, boss of C2M Electronics, a company based in the city of Diderot, spoke of his attachment to Haute-Marne, which offers him both calm and quality of life: “I always wanted to live here for this tranquility that you don't find everywhere”, he confides. Emmanuel Offner, manager of the nightclub ''L'After'', justifies his installation differently. “I have been here since 1998, first as a visitor, then for love (…)”, he explains.
