Is it easy to convince Corinne Masiero to “play” one of the characters in your novel, Of anger and pain ?
My great specialty is tensioning perch. My approach was to contact people whose work and sensitivity I like. Corinne Masiero is a committed woman. She is one of those people who arrived in an environment somewhat by chance and is not completely part of it. Despite its popularity, it is not disconnected from reality. She gave me agreement in principle to play the narrator, “the voice” of the novel. Corinne Masiero will be there to shed light on the social, historical and ecological context of the story.
You also contacted Bruno Putzulu, Liliane Rovère, Yvan Le Bolloc’h, Xavier Mathieu and Audrey Vernon.
I assume I’m not known, but I think I know how to mobilize the troops. I have approached people who I love what they do with their anger and their pain. Several actors responded favorably to my request even though I don’t know this industry and I don’t have a phone number for any of them. I went through their agents and those interested said to me: “Why not?”. Except for Bruno Putzulu, with whom I had already made my first audio book around a fictitious meeting with Johnny Hallyday*. He always told me that I could count on him. Liliane Rovère was also thrilled. There was then a training phenomenon between the actors. A band effect.
Audrey Vernon even contacted you very early on.
She is a woman very committed to issues of professional equity and the environment. She does quite a few podcasts, she is ideally placed to make a link between social and ecology. Audrey had a column on France Inter a few years ago. One of them concerned suicides at the SNCF.
