Granville welcomes, Saturday October 19 and Sunday October 20, the 32e Amnesty International Book Fair.
The Granville organizers welcome all book lovers. “Our stock is large thanks to donations over the year from media libraries and individuals who are moving or sorting at home. The small Amnesty International team in Granville takes care, each year, to classify the Books by genre so that research is facilitated between literary novels, detective novels or even science fiction…” explains Didier Pernelle, who is launching a broad appeal for volunteers.
A second life is given to books, and given the large choice it will be pleasant to hunt around to find that rare gem. There will also be CDs and vinyls! “At the Fair, we invite everyone to purchase books and make donations if they wish,” adds Véronique Bertier.
Proceeds from this weekend are dedicated to the work of Amnesty International researchers reporting on the state of the world.
