Tuesday October 15, at 7 p.m., at La Galerie de Bozouls, a literary evening will be devoted to the presentation of Laetitia Bex’s latest work, entitled “Denys Puech, sculptor of grace and French genius”. This rigorously documented book offers an in-depth exploration of the life and work of Denys Puech, renowned sculptor from Bozouls.
The Aveyron author, also a biographer and novelist recognized in the region, strives to make the journeys of notable personalities accessible to as many people as possible.
Thanks to unpublished historical sources and meticulous research, in this work it offers unique insight into the artistic evolution of Denys Puech, within the context of the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries.
The evening will begin with a presentation of the book, followed by a debate open to the public, where not only Puech’s career will be discussed, but also the importance of his artistic legacy. The event will close with a signing session, allowing participants to speak directly with the author.
