The CNL His Book podcast returns for a new season

How do writers create? What are the subjects that animate them? What place does writing hold in their lives? These are the questions that arise Pauline Carayon for three years now in the CNL podcast, “His book”. This is available in two formats with “Parlers”, programs which give voice to the authors and personalities concerned by the subjects of the books presented, and “Mono”, major interviews which explore the themes which caused a shock with the author, so much so that he made a book of it, His book.

The sound compositions are signed Romuald Boivin (Mono) and Laurent Bardainne (Talks). Various profiles such as Maylis de Kerangal, Kevin Lambert, Rim Battalor even Guy Boley took turns speaking to the host’s microphone.

More than a hundred thousand listeners

After 80 episodes or 33 hours of literary programs and more than a hundred thousand listeners gathered, His book returns for a new colorful season: “ This year, His Book returns to immersion in the imaginations of the authors and ventures close to the burning core of creation. Discussions and meetings around the book to hear this story that is told to us, and through it, the beating of the world. Imminent takeoff with the wild geese of Carole Martinez, the scratched of Eliot Ruffel, the heart of Julia Deck… Zones of turbulence connected to high frequency on approach, imagination wired on autopilot, literature is the journey into the time. Magic! » a announced Pauline Carayon, the director, in a press release.

Great news, the podcast, in addition to being accessible from the various streaming platforms, will also be available to listen to on Radio through the Savoirs + label supported by France Culture. A selection of eight shows is already online on the station’s application and website.

Another important event, His Book, is organizing a special live podcast evening open to the public, this Thursday, October 3 at 7:15 p.m. at the Gaîté Lyrique, on the occasion of the Festival de la francophonie. Sera presents the host and director of the podcast Pauline Carayon accompanied by Nathacha Appanah and musician Laurent Bardainne.
