This year we will celebrate the 40th edition of the Seine-Saint-Denis Youth Book and Press Fair.
The 2024 show will be held like every year in Montreuil from November 27 to December 2.
For this 40th edition of the Montreuil book fair, the organization has chosen a muscular and poetic theme “General Dream!”.
Youth Book and Press Fair major events
Before the full program, here is some information that deserves our full attention!
-The “40×40” artistic project, initiated by the Departmental Council of Seine-Saint-Denis. He
mobilizes 40 illustrators around the powers of reading. Long-term installation in 40 locations
early childhood of the department and outdoor exhibition at the time of the Show.
-A special magazine for the anniversary of the event to highlight the history of
Salon with that of publishing and creation.
-A lounge 100% free for all and 100% accessible with comfort devices (entrance
dedicated, loan of sensory kits, magnetic loops, etc.). There will also be readings in sign language, audio description, selections of adapted books and a list of specialized publishers to facilitate visit…
-An exhibition around award-winning titles in recent years for a sensory approach and experimentation of the works.
-An interprofessional and international Forum, where the major book chain networks will be
present.
-A center dedicated to media education which will bring together All-terrain Radio and Salon TV
as well as the youth press kiosk.
